This public art project is 20 foot high dog is made from over 90,000 stainless steel pet tags attached to a mesh skeleton underneath, and purposefully left visible in some spots.

These tags actually move with the wind and they catch the sunlight in various ways so that the surface is constantly changing with light and movement.

The form of the dog is an amalgam of many different dogs, in effect becoming “every dog.”

At sunset, "Sun Spot " is lit by LED lights that shift through the range of sunset colors on a six hour cycle.
