Oak Studio
Recording Process
The recording process was intentional, collaborative, and empowering for our participants. We value diversity in our space, which was reflected in our selection of contributors. We coached and supported members through reading the passages to their best abilities, while maintaining a safe space for trial and error. We also celebrated their wins along the way as they persevered through the process. Derek was able to primarily focus on recording the vocals, as Emmett honed in on the preparation of their speaking parts. With lots of practice, patience, and teamwork, the Oak Studio team produced excellent results!
